Jeff Kershaw focuses his practice on providing insurance coverage advice to insurers throughout the United States. His coverage practice primarily encompasses coverage litigation in the areas of general liability, professional liability, directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, and commercial property.

Jeff also defends insureds and other clients in commercial disputes and employment matters and in the areas of professional liability, products liability and environmental liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeff gained substantial experience as outside counsel as well as in-house counsel to one of the largest insurers in the Lloyd’s Market.
