R. Patrick White

Pat White’s practice is focused on Employment, Insurance Coverage, Products Liability and Professional Liability defense. In addition, Pat has developed an expertise in defending automobile dealerships in consumer litigation in the State and Federal Courts.
Before returning to active trial practice in 2002, Pat served as Vice President, Claims Legal Management, for the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. In this capacity, he managed a Staff Counsel operation of over 200 attorneys located in 41 cities in the United States.

Over the past decade, Pat has worked with major insurance carriers to handle legal work utilizing alternative fee arrangements.

Pat is the Education Director for the Georgia Chapter of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. For the past year, he has been active with the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance Continuing Education Program for Claims Professionals. He has presented Claims training seminars across the Southeastern United States.

Pat is licensed to practice in Georgia.
